I had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was fantastic. Being very near to a tram station, I could easily reach the city center in just 10 to 15 minutes. It was so convenient! Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to help. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities provided in the rooms. Having a private bathroom was a definite plus, and the fact that breakfast was included made my mornings so much easier.

All in all, everything was fine.
